Neon Vex — Cyberpunk Dragon Character Reference

Neon Vex brings fluorescent yellow, glossy black hardware and textured reptilian skin into a bold cyberpunk dragon design. Long dark horns, a spiked olive mane, a circular respirator and an armored tail create a sharp industrial silhouette. The bright jacket panels and heavy platform shoes carry the same yellow-and-black color language from head to foot. The composition combines one full-body pose with three enlarged head or torso details. Inspect the mask fittings, straps, shoulder pieces, horn bands and curved blade-like equipment. These studies emphasize costume and material appearance; they do not provide a complete orthographic turnaround or separate equipment files. Story seed: Neon Vex repairs the signal beacons above a city that has forgotten the sky. One night, an abandoned frequency begins broadcasting a map through the static. Following it would mean leaving the only district that still recognizes their name. This is an optional story prompt for developing a character, not an additional visual deliverable. The supplied artwork is a single flat PNG with its dark original background. It is a rendered illustration, not a rigged 3D character, wearable model or animation asset.
