Information used by this service

When you sign in with ChatGPT, Pixadopt receives an account identifier, email and, when available, name. We use these to recognize your account, control access and associate your actions with you. We do not receive your ChatGPT password.

The site stores the artist profile, biography, listings, uploaded files, favorites, forum contributions and membership-interest choices that you submit. Public profiles, approved listing previews and visible community posts can be read by other visitors. Keep private information out of public fields. Original upload files are currently accessible only to their uploader and the site administrator.

Purposes and legal grounds

Account information and submitted content support the services you request. Favorites and membership-interest choices support your selected features. Moderation records and technical logs help protect the service and resolve problems. Depending on the activity, processing relies on providing the requested service, applicable legal duties or legitimate security and service-management interests, subject to your rights. Activities requiring separate consent must use a separate choice.

Service providers and disclosures

OpenAI provides the site hosting and sign-in service; Cloudflare infrastructure supports delivery, database and file storage. These providers process data needed to operate the service and may process it outside your country. Required safeguards for international transfers must be assessed by the operator. This notice is not consent to an international transfer.

Information may also be disclosed where legally required or needed to investigate abuse. Pixadopt currently has no payment integration and does not collect card details. Payment-data disclosures will be updated before checkout opens. External links, including DeviantArt, have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and security

Hosting and sign-in services may use essential session and security cookies. The Pixadopt application does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics scripts. Connections to pixadopt.com use HTTPS. Account checks restrict access to original files and administration; no website can promise absolute security.

Retention and your choices

Account content is retained while needed to provide the features you use; relevant records may be retained longer to meet legal duties or resolve disputes. Detailed retention periods and the operator’s identity must be completed before commercial launch.

You may request access, correction or deletion, ask about recipients and processing, and exercise other applicable rights, including rights under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698, through the operator’s published contact details. Legal exceptions may limit deletion. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
