Digital delivery & returns

Digital products, no shipping

Pixadopt is intended for downloadable files and digital licenses. There is no physical parcel or shipping charge. Each future listing must specify the included files, format, software compatibility, license and delivery timing. A gallery image is not the purchased original file.

Delivery after launch

For an eligible purchase, the intended delivery method is protected access to the purchased files after successful payment confirmation. Any manual transfer or custom-work deadline must be stated before checkout. This buyer delivery flow is not yet available.

If a file cannot be accessed, is corrupt or differs from its description, contact the seller and platform using the published contact channels with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not submit a second payment to resolve a download problem.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Where Turkish consumer rules apply, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies, subject to statutory exceptions. Digital content supplied immediately may fall within an exception. The applicable exception and any required consent must be explained before purchase; downloading does not remove rights concerning defective or misdescribed content. Mandatory rights in the consumer’s country remain protected.

Refund requests

A refund request should identify the order, product and reason through the seller’s or platform’s published contact channel. Any valid statutory withdrawal will be processed within the legally applicable deadline; where the Turkish 14-day refund rule applies, that deadline is respected. Refunds go to the original payment method without a refund fee. Bank posting times can vary.

These arrangements must be finalized with the operating business and payment provider before sales open. Purchases made on an external website follow that website’s process.
