Distance sales agreement

1. Parties and marketplace role

The platform operator’s published details appear below. The seller of an individual product may be a separate creator. Before any future purchase, the seller’s legal identity and contact details, the buyer’s details and the platform’s role must be included in the order-specific agreement. A shop display name alone is not the legal identity of a seller.

2. Product and license

The agreement will cover the named digital files or license in the order summary: product title, creator, file contents and format, compatibility, permitted uses and whether the license is exclusive. Physical delivery is not included. A character adoption does not automatically transfer copyright or permit commercial use.

3. Price and payment

The site presents prices in US dollars where a creator has set a price. Gallery previews with unverified prices are not offers to purchase. The final total, currency, applicable taxes and any additional charges must be displayed before a paid order is confirmed.

iyzico is the planned payment provider, subject to approval and completed integration. This site currently has no working checkout and collects no card details or funds. Membership-interest selections do not purchase subscriptions.

4. Delivery and performance

The intended delivery process and any stated deadline are described in the Delivery & returns policy. The order-specific agreement must record the actual delivery method. Files must match the listing description and agreed license. The seller and platform retain their responsibilities under applicable law.

5. Withdrawal, defects and refunds

The Delivery & returns policy describes withdrawal, digital-content exceptions and refunds and must accompany the future order agreement. Statutory remedies for defective, missing or misdescribed content remain available. No general “all digital sales are final” rule overrides mandatory consumer rights.

6. Information and agreement

Before sales open, each buyer must be able to review the complete seller, buyer, product, price, delivery and cancellation information and receive a retainable copy of the agreement. Any necessary consent for immediate digital delivery must be recorded separately. Merely browsing this draft does not constitute acceptance of a purchase.

7. Requests and disputes

Requests go to the seller and the platform using the contact details supplied with the order. Applicable consumer complaint routes remain available, including competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in Türkiye where relevant. This draft does not restrict non-waivable protections in the buyer’s country.
